Bridlewood Committees
Clubhouse/Social Activities Committee
The purpose of the committee is to serve at the will of the board of directors on all matters
pertaining to the planning, scheduling, and reporting of functions, events, social activities, and clubhouse rentals for the enjoyment of all residents and to foster a sense of community.

New Owner Orientation Committee
The committee is responsible for advising the board on matters pertaining to new owner orientation for both new and existing homes and to ensure a smooth, safe, and secure assimilation for new owners into the association.
Rules and Regulations Committee
The purpose of the committee is to review and recommend to the Board of Directors updates to the Rules and Regulations, as a supplement and support to the Association’s covenants, conditions, and restrictions.

Buildings and Grounds Committee
The purpose of the committee is to provide assistance is establishing and overseeing community
standards and reviewing and deciding upon change requests, in the realm of the Association’s
architectural scheme.

Reserve Study Committee
The committee is responsible for advising the board on matters pertaining to the recommendations of the Reserve Study submitted by Reserve Advisors.
